Giselle attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and holds a degree in Graphic Design and Branding. Giselle has a deep understanding of both digital and traditional media, and her experience encompasses user interface design, fashion photography, branding, design, web and digital development, creative direction and more. Throughout her work history, Giselle has functioned in various capacities, repeatedly proving her talent as a creative designer at NuWorld Interactive while simultaneously establishing her own publication, RG Magazine, and serving as guest art director for publications and recording artists. In her development of RG Magazine, she led art and creative direction and produced photography and design while managing a team of various freelance copywriters, photographers and editors. Her adaptive style has made her successful in designing for brands in a broad range of industries for clients such as Posh Lingerie, Saborama Couture and more.

As Director of Visual & Digital Strategy at InnoVision, Giselle has made a visible impact, taking the lead on creative projects for a wide range of clients on multiple media with a focus in web development utilizing WordPress, Shopify and Magento. Contributing to both the back-end and public-facing sides of every website InnoVision designs, Giselle has a complex understanding of the technical requirements for these websites and how they integrate into the user interface for a successful end product and a user-friendly experience. Her great talent and work ethic not only proves why she stands as a director at InnoVision, but also exemplifies how far she’s come. Giselle’s ability to rapidly create eye-catching, cutting-edge — and most importantly — effective collateral, has established her as a vital part of the team. She is also in charge of the web and social media departments, keeping InnoVision at the forefront of technological advances in communication by providing clients with strategic recommendations on the best ways to adapt to these evolving mediums.
